Questions
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The trial has every feature for 14 days. After that you stay on the Free plan unless you choose a paid one, and your boards stay as they are.
Can my clients use it without paying?
Yes. Clients join as viewers or guests, add requests from an embed on their site or a hosted portal, and never need a seat.
How does Claude Code connect?
Create a project token in Connect Claude Code, run `npx laneway login` in your terminal, and paste the generated block into CLAUDE.md. The token never appears in chat or in your repo.
Is my data safe?
Every query is scoped to your workspace, sessions are passwordless, tokens are hashed, and files sit in private storage with signed links. Laneway is built in India by GetG Technology Private Limited.
Can one workspace run several clients?
Yes. Give each client its own project with its own board type, embed and roadmap; each client sees only their project.
Do you charge GST?
Prices are shown before GST. Invoices carry your GSTIN when you add it.
